Payment Methods
The University of Dallas offers several payment methods to students and parents:
In person in the Office of Finance - cash and checks
By mail - checks
Online via Transact Pay - electronic check, credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover)
Before parents or guardians can access or manage their student's account the student
must create a Parent PIN which enables them to log into Transact Pay.
Setting up a Parent PIN
Parents desiring to see the charges, payments, installment notes, or eBills will need
to have their own login to Transact Pay. The student can set up a login by doing the
following:
Student:
- Go to Transact Pay for Students (link opens up in a new window).
- You are now at the login page. Students, please use your 900XXXXXX student ID number
as your login and your Banner Web PIN as your password.
- After you log in, "Parent Pins" is located in the lower left-hand corner of the Transact
Pay page. Click on "Add New."
- Enter the information into the web form. An email will be sent to your parent with
login name and temporary password.
Parent:
- Once you have received the email, go to Transact Pay for Parents (link opens up in a new window).
- Use the login ID and password that your student created for you, and enter it in the
system. This is a one-time password that you will need to reset to something that
you will remember. Your student is the only one who can reset your password.
Remember that the student must set up the login name and temporary password for the
parent or guardian. The University cannot set up a parent PIN.
